high quality you could ever expect from a lab. Crowns that seat with minimal
time and adjustments. Excellent denture set ups. If there is an undercut
on a prep that I didn't see--Masons can send a reduction coping along
with the crown and it really seats perfectly. Partial frameworks designed
that actually fit.

recently switched from my last dental lab which was local, to Mason which
is out-of-state for me about a year ago. I have been very satisfied with
the quality of the product, fit and finish. Adjustments are none to very
minimal with quick seat times. The customer service has been excellent
and I receive the product delivered on schedule. If a case takes a little
longer, I receive courtesy fax noting when delivery will be. For high
quality product, fair fees, and great ccustomer service, I highly recommend
them.

I have had the pleasure of working with Mason Dental Lab for over a decade. For years, they have continuously exceeded my expectations clinically as well as providing excellent customer service.
Looking back, I remember the problems I had with my former crown and bridge lab. I was always in constant suspense over whether this crown or that crown would fit. Would I have to ruin my schedule grinding in the bite? Would I have to grind through the porcelain? Would I have to adjust the opposing occlusion? Would the proximal contact be so tight that the crown would not seat fully? Not only was I in suspense over how the insert appointments would go, but I was filled with self-doubt over my crown and bridge abilities.
Then one day, my lab closed for a summer vacation and I started to use Mason Dental Lab. Suddenly everything fell into place. I was delighted with the fit and esthetics and have never looked back. As the years roll by I have been blown away by the lab’s attention to personal service. They have accommodated our special needs in every way possible. Mason has done cases in record time and even hand delivered them personally!!!
Mason Dental Lab is a full service lab that provides me with first class removables, takes care of my orthodontic needs, unparalled crowns and bridges in addition to bite splints. They are always available for consultation with difficult cases and have a first rate ceramicist who does an excellent job with those challenging aesthetic cases. I have never had any reservations recommending Mason Dental Lab to my dental friend’s and associates.

Country Dentistry was fortunate enough to fall upon Mason Dental Laboratory
via a faxed transmission. The timing couldn't be more perfect! Our local
Lab fees were headed out-of-sight. Our practice was previously referred
to an inexpensive out of state lab by a local dentist. We were sadly disappointed
with level of quality, professionalism and customer support.
We have used Mason Dental Lab exclusively for the last three months and
couldn't be more THRILLED! Their level of quality and customer service
outperforms even the "high end" labs. Masons' attentive
staff is on task daily with any changes and/or confirmations. You can
be assured that if there ever is a challenge, their congenial staff cannot
assist you with, the Owner Gary will troubleshoot it. Masons' reasonable
